It does that whenever wiki temporarily goes down/crashes. It's nothing to be concerned about-- it usually comes back rather quickly (within a minute of 2).

The skeletons of Dhuum were taken out of UW, then when I went in just after the build update they were back...

Glad the stewart is back I have a full mobstopper. My active quest yesturday would send you to an empty spot.
